At Lash Plus, we try our absolute best to ensure our customers receive the highest quality, salon professional eyelash extension supplies. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund your purchase within 15 business days of the delivery date.
If you have a quality issue, please return the item(s) within 15 business days of delivery to receive a store credit or exchange. Contact sales@lashplus.com.au for a returns label; products returned to Lash Plus without a returns label will be discarded.
If you are unsatisfied with your unopened and unused products and wish to return or exchange them, return the item(s) within 15 business days from the delivery date. Refunds will be credited back using store credit.

Returns are managed on a case-by-case basis, returns that are not the result of a quality issue must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
All return postage and insurance charges will be at the expense of the purchaser.
Return packages are to be shipped with postal tracking details and protected from damage. Lash Plus is not responsible for any items lost in transit or for any breakages that occur in transit.
For returns due to change of mind or that are not the result of a manufacturer defect, these will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the product value.
Please allow sufficient time for your exchanged item(s) to be handled and reshipped for exchange requests. Typically 15 – 20 business days.
Refunds will be completed using store credit.
